I don't like writing negative reviews - but this place is just really poorly run. Poor communication, no follow up for emergencies dental issues, cancel appointments last minute after they have been booked for months. The dentists themselves are fine - it's just they run a poor business.

All you need to do is read their responses to these negative reviews to see they don't actually care, they just want to look like they do. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Waited about an hour past our appointment time to be seen at the Main Street office. Initially waited for about a half an hour and was called back with two other families to be sat in a separate room to wait an additional half an hour. The office is not super welcoming for kiddos and feels like a hospital/factory. The staff were all nice but we will be trying another location in the future.

Life with Pooh

I live in Niagara Falls was referred to this one on Main Street in buffalo because nf office closed due to renovation I guess. So I arrive at 3:07 never told me where to go or what floor located on I assumed it was its own building which it shares building with bank and lots of other offices.

The bank said go around to side door I did entered building signs pointed to an office on first floor which security told me it was closed for day then I’m like well why would they schedule me for 3. figured out it was on second floor finally get up she’s like well you’re Late so they won’t see you like what I’m late because you gave no direction of here I was going to begin with

They Explore

After our awful experience, I came to leave a warning for other parents/families, and I see apparently I am not the only one! What the HELL is wrong with the office workers at this location??? Like seriously, if you hate your lives/jobs that bad, GO DO SOMETHING ELSE. The women answering the phones/scheduling appointments/greeting patients are truly some of the most miserable group of broads I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. Y'all should be DAMN ashamed of the way you treat people.

If anyone at this location actually reads these, PLEASE DO A COMPLETE TURNOVER OF YOUR OFFICE STAFF. They are unfit to be patient facing, and do a truly awful job of representing your practice.
