My children had an appointment 2-11-21 and one of the dental assistant Terry was calling my daughter a boy. After my daughter corrected her saying she’s not a boy she still called her a boy she doesn’t even look like a boy and then on the appointment card wrote their last names / boys on it. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have been taking my kids there for years and never had a problem until now. I will definitely be keeping a close eye on Terry their next visit or refuse her service

I have been taking my son here for about 10 years and the staff is amazing. He can get a little over-excited/anxious at times and they are always so patient and kind. I've never had any issues with appointments, and he usually gets in with very little wait time.

This place is absolutely horrible !!!! Over 2 years I've been waiting to get my child in for an appointment. No customer service skills at all from anyone working in this place. On the phone and I hear other workers in the background telling the lady I was talking to , to hang up on her or tell her call the emergency line so u can be done with that call.

Rude, slow and beyond disrespectful Receptionist. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The Niagara Falls office failed my children and if I had the money, I would sue them until this office was closed down. I would not suggest this location to my worst enemy. I can not speak on the other locations. My child has had her normal 6 month check-ups since she popped her first tooth (at Winning smiles). We switched because we moved to Niagara Wheatfield and this location was closer for us. Biggest mistake ever. About a year and a half ago I noticed small cavities forming on my daughters teeth and took her to the dentist right away. They have been saying for a year and a half that we will keep "watching" them.

. . . well I finally took her to a different dentist ( Just 4 me- love Dr. Marti) who confirmed the teeth were infected. She needed her 4 front teeth pulled and 8 caps put on her molars. I did get a second opinion, given this was the first I had heard about how much work she needed, and they confirmed the same. She had the surgery this past weekend and my heart breaks for my child.

They completely failed my daughter. In addition, we did practice proper hygiene at home. Brushing and flossing. I'm not a dentist but I feel like some of this could have been prevented with proper dental care. Do not bring your child here.
