Victoria was so pleasant and kind! She got my 7 month old an appointment ASAP! (Baby's first teeth are being stubborn - causing pain and not erupting and I wanted to make sure there were no issues. ) Danielle was our hygienist and was great! Super knowledgeable, very gentle with my little one, and very sweet! Dr. Joe was just wonderful! So very good with my little one.

He was gentle and allowed my little one to hold his hands while he checked her gums. He is very knowledgeable! He put my mind at ease! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Writing this makes me sad honestly, but other parents should know. My daughter has a broken filling and has been in pain since last week. Called the office on 12/5 to set up an appointment. I was told about a new policy that was set up and had to call and leave a message for an on call doctor who would reach out to who would then reach out to the receptionist to call me back to set the appointment up. This seems a bit extreme especially for an appointment that you’d like in a timely manner.

Nevertheless I followed procedures. The call was made initially around 10am, the doctor named Paul sent me a generic text asking how he could help with my dental concerns. I replied back and never received a response. Called the office later that day around 4, was told that they would reach out to the doctor and call me back that day or first thing in the morning. They never called back.

I waited until Friday afternoon to which I made several different calls and left two voicemails, one to the doctor, one to the main line and it is now Monday afternoon and I still haven’t received a call back. This is an emergency line??? I don’t think so. We will be leaving the practice and heading off to winning smiles who answered their phone and made an appointment with me the same day and time I made the phone call. Whoever made this new policy should be ashamed that they’re putting children through such a process when they’re in pain.

Dr Joe is amazing, patient, and kind. My daughter had to get a cavity filled and he was able to numb her with gel so good and took his time that he was able to sneak in the novicaine shot without her noticing. Great experience with him!

The receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing. Transferred from the SAME practice to this practice and was told my children’s information was already in the system. Get there today For the appointment and she tells me she can’t find my children stuff. She’s asking me what type of insurance it is and if It’s managened. And I’m sitting there like… Isn’t it YOUR job to call the Insurance and verify? She talking about Benefit cards… And I don’t even have benefit cards…crazy….

The Dental assistant was very nice though and the doctor, Joe, was very nice so I would return on their account alone. But that receptionist, Please replace her. Shes a white lady, mid 30s -40s, dark brown hair, and very snarky.
