I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Carr since finding this office takes my insurance. I am very happy with the treatment both he and the hygienist provided. The office staff has been courteous and helpful. I was nervous about leaving the dentist I had been using for many years but I am so glad I made the switch.

Background Information. My daughter is away at college in South Carolina with an emergency dental situation, was told she needed surgery to get the wisdom teeth extracted. I went to her primary dentist for an oral surgery referral, I was told I could not speak to the dr. because I did not have an appointment.
The front staff was making all the decisions for the dentist, they didn't want to acknowledge the x-ray from my phone that my daughter sent me. My daughter was last seen in this office on 12/23 when x-rays were taken, they did not want to look in her folder at those x-rays which would have shown the issue with the wisdom teeth which they failed to mention on 12/23. Wisdom teeth issues don't just "pop up". The front desk was very rude and abrupt, one of the receptionist threw the referral through the window at me and when my husband called they labeled me as "aggressive".
This office is very negligent, I should have searched for a new dentist when they mixed my folder up with another patient with the same name. My family will be taking our business elsewhere.

This is the BEST DENTAL PRACTICE I have EVER been to! Everyone in the office are kind & professional! Dr. Nastasi is friendly & put me immediately at ease. Joann is gentle & cleaned my teeth so well & didn't hurt at ALL! I look forward to going to the Dentist now! Truly appreciate EVERYONE at this practice! :)

I was experiencing tooth pain and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Carr in regards to the issue. During the visit he checked out my teeth and thought the issue was caused by some warn doen fillings. So he tgen proceeds to schedule another visit to have them redone Several visits(3-4) later I am still having issues of tooth pain.
During my initial visits the dentist said that my filling was likely the main reason for my tooth pain. WRONG AFTER VISITING ANOTHER DENTIST AFTER 3 MONTHS OF CONSISTENT ORAL PAIN BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER BEAR THE FEELING , THEY DISCOVERED AN INFECTION UNDER THE TOOTH WHERE THE PAIN WAS COMING FROM. FOLLOWING THIS INCIDENT MY FACE SWOLE UP LIKE A BOWLING BALL AND I MISSED 1 WEEK OF WORK. THIS WAS MY LIFELONG DENTIST SO I GAVE THEM MY FULL TRUST AND CONFIDENCE SAD TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TERRIBLE DENTIST DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!
