Dr. Timothy Wallace was actively involved as an Adjunct Professor at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University, training future dentists. Dr. Wallace is an exceptionally kind and thorough oral surgeon. Over the weekend I needed urgent help as I had an unexpected infection crop up, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I had with Dr.

Wallace! He was quick to answer my very early-in-the-morning call, listened thoughtfully and responded with prompt treatment recommendations. Later on in the weekend when I was concerned that it could be more of an emergent situation, Dr. Wallace offered to meet me for an exam in-person (after he had just completed a night shift at the hospital!) He did a careful exam and took a lot of time to explain the situation for me, happily answering all my questions (and I had many!).

He put me very much at ease and I was confident that I could trust his perspective given the time and effort he took in ensuring he gave the best care possible. When Monday morning came around I spoke with Lisa, who was also very helpful and kind! Thank you so much Dr. Wallace for being an exceptional doctor, even on call and for non-patients!

I got wisdom teeth removed here. The people here are amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. The doctor / nurses explain everything throughly and provide you with a lot of information before hand and after your surgery! I felt very comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands! The front desk lady was helpful as well. They check in with you after your surgery and give guidance for post care.

They are helping you every step of the way from beginning to the healing process. They treated me with true care and support. Thank you Dr. Wallace and your team! :)

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out, excellent staff and support. Guided me through everything and everyone was nice and incredibly helpful. Dr Wallace made the whole procedure quick and painless!

20 years ago Dr. Timothy Wallace extracted an impacted wisdom tooth. The staff and Dr. Wallace were excellent. At that time he recommended to leave my last remaining wisdom as it was embedded in a nerve. It sat dormant for almost twenty years. Last year the tooth broke through and caused pain and was a mess.

Tuesday February 25th (Twenty one years later), Dr. Jeffrey Wallace extracted said tooth. Once again, the care provided by Dr. Wallace and his staff was exceptional.
