Everyone here is so lovely!! I had previously only been to one dentist for 19 years and was nervous to try out a new dentist since I am not in my home town anymore. Let me tell you, these people are absolutely amazing and sweet. I am nervous when it comes to needles and having cavities filled, but I have never felt more comfortable with dentists before.

These people know what they're doing and have continued to show me such kindness and patience, even with my anxiety regarding the dentist. If I could rate 6 stars I would in a heartbeat.

I’ve had an exceptional experience at this dental office. Natasha and Kim at reception are warm, personable, and efficient—such a welcoming start to my visit. Esha is an outstanding hygienist: gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring and fun. Dr. Javad Jalayer is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for.

I’m especially grateful for the thoughtful gesture of receiving an electric toothbrush at the end of my appointment—it was unexpected and deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making dental care feel so comfortable and positive. I’ll be back and would recommend any family and friends here.

I had an emergency situation where the crown on my dental implant had fallen off. I called the clinic and they gave me an appointment in the shortest possible time. The doctor was very patient, explained everything clearly, and did their best to make sure the implant wasn't harmed. I'm very satisfied with the care and professional service I received.

The staff at "Waterloo Smiles" are very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. My children and I always feel really comfortable when our teeth are cleaned by Camille, our hygienist. Camille is the most gentle hygienist that I have ever had and my teeth always feel so clean. I feel so lucky to have such a dedicated team of professionals taking care of my family and I.
