As always greeted by friendly staff and made comfortable. Procedure was fast and easy and was always aware of what was being done. Would highly recommending coming here. My children also come here and are very comfortable with even having cavities filled.
So HAPPY & relieved I found Marion Smile Center! I avoided going to a dentist for a few years after moving into the area. I was nervous going to my first appointment here, but everyone at this office were wonderful! Dr. Marion is a wonderful Dentist, truly am grateful to have him work on my teeth. I highly recommend this place because it is comfortable, professional, clean, friendly, easy parking, provides water and or coffee if you wanted one, etc.
First and foremost the office is inviting the staff is kind and gracious and most importantly helpful they listen and respond appropriately Dr Marion is exceptional in his care and concern he understood my history there was no judgment. I was immediately impressed with the way he spoke with me and the responses of his staff were also kind and helpful. Making an appointment there is no long wait as there is no wait once you are in the office. He is thorough and kind as well as gentle and concerned. Most importantly they connect with their patients with honesty and genuine care. How you feel is as important as the work that is completed which was excellent. If you are fearful of going to a dentist this is the dentist you need to go to he will make your mouth smile. Can't really say enough good about this Medical Practice to summarize it is welcoming , clean, excellent work from everyone and Dr Marion is exceptional as a dentist and as a member of our community.
The office is always so bright, welcoming, and well kept. I’ve never dealt with long waits and the staff are always prompt and inviting!
I used to be nervous about going to the dentist but since I have been going to Dr. Marion I am no longer nervous. I love the office and the staff has always been great. Definitely puts me more at ease.
Kathy on phone & in person was wonderful & what a beautiful, clean office, both made a GREAT 1st impression. Assistant very thorough, patient & kind. I never had X-rays & pictures taken of my mouth done that thoroughly before. Dr. Marion is everything everyone has reviewed him as. He patiently listens, explains & is direct. Sorry for me, I must lose my front tooth but he informed me other remedies would be “a waste of money”. This tooth has been a problem for a long time. They took me in as a new patient very quickly. I appreciated office staff scheduling me so quickly & Dr’s honesty. Anxious to see “outcome”. Office Mgr up front with me about itemized costs, giving me options. I appreciated that. Overall, this 1st visit helps me to look forward to a successful future with this Dentist.
We were not previous patients but called because my 10 yr old cracked a tooth right before the holidays when most people are already closed or on break. I called around everywhere and this was the only practice willing to add us on. I'm so glad they did!!! Not only were they amazing with my son, but the office is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and the entire staff including Dr. Marion are incredibly friendly. Elizabeth was so helpful, she is a gem. My son was nervous and they explained everything to him. I have a medical practice of my own and appreciate quality care from a different perspectice. I am transferring my kids care to them for cleanings moving forward. Love them!
Dr. Marion and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have a huge dental fear and they made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time working on my teeth.
