I scheduled an appointment last night for an emergency appointment. I chipped my front tooth. I was able to get an appointment for today at 4:30. I spoke with someone in the call center department. She was pleasant and helpful. I received a email and text while at work about 11:27 am. I was asked information about my dental insurance. Before we ended the call, the lady said “see you at 4:15 today’ . I received a call at 2:27 pm. It was another lady from here letting me know that the office was closing early.

If I can reschedule or was I able to come in at 3. I told her that I could come and it would probably take me about 30 minutes to get there. She proceeded to ask about my insurance which I already took care of 3 hours prior to speaking with I believe Nancy. It doesn’t seem like she knew about them leaving early because she said nothing about it 3 hours prior to me speaking with her. I arrive at 3:02 . I complete my paperwork on the tablet. 35 minutes later I go in the back to get about 20 X-rays. After, I’m walked into the exam room. Waited another 25 minutes. Only for the doctor to tell me about things I was not there for.

Great, but I needed my tooth fixed temporarily. He said that unfortunately they were closed now and that o would have to get another day to come back . I was livid. Because the 4th of July is tomorrow, he wanted to leave early , I was not able to be taken care of. I will never go back there. Extremely disappointed . Unprofessional service for a doctor. But I guess because it was my first time at this location, I wasn’t important enough. 👎🏽👎🏽

Where do I start? I didn’t even get my feet in the door to be seen for my appointment. I already verified TWICE and so by the time I got to the office I was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the phone to confirm the third time. Huge inconvenience but that’s not what is prompting me to write a review; it’s the lack of professionalism and ghetto communication. You had two young ladies (Towson office) who were giggling and acting rude.

They just got finished laughing at a customer about his name exchanging giggles and talking about plans. They had me standing there for a good 10 minutes before they informed me I couldn’t be seen. The young lady at the front with braiding her hair (both had braids at the time of visit) had dirty street clothes on with stains on them. She asked me if I want to reschedule and I politely declined.

I already scheduled with a dental office I’ve managed to locate with good reviews. So not only did I take off the morning at my job these ladies had the nerve to look at each other and laugh when I said I needed verification on why my appointment was cancelled. BTW the office never left me a message stating the appointment was cancelled! I would recommend they hire professional individuals who’s appearance matches the company’s expectations because I’m sure it’s not Aspen Dentals fault but they need to know about the practices of their employees.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Towson. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Ms. Shay Bird was my dental hygienist, she made me feel comfortable and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was only there for x-rays and was suppose to come back for my cleaning but the staff fit me in the same day to avoid multiple appointments. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give this location a 0 star review. What an awful first experience, and I will never return. My appointment was scheduled about 1 month ago, I confirmed my appointment, even called and gave my social security number as requested to confirm my appointment and insurance. I show up today 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, they have me wait for 10 minutes to tell me that they never actually confirmed my appointment in the system and they rebooked it for another patient! The receptionist and front desk staff thought it was funny and didn't even care about the mistake, just asked me to reschedule.

No thank you! I will go to a dentist who actually values their patients. What a disgrace.
