I went back for a cleaning! Jasmine Kelly hygienist, did such a great job! Professional, gentle, and the front desk communicated about the slight delay. Redemption!! Thank you 🙏 If you were expecting to get your teeth cleaned on your first visit with Aspen Dental, think again. Don’t get me wrong, everyone one was very professional and knowledgeable.

I spent 85 minutes, getting x rays of my teeth, hygienist checked my gums, then the Doctor came in to check for cavities. If I had known of this process, I would have allocated more time to the process.

After reading some of horrible reviews for this place, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment although I was very reluctant. I thought I'd give them a chance anyway since they were the only provider that could get me in so soon. Big mistake, and now I see why. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am on 5/2/2025 and I arrived shortly after 8. There were two ladies helping two patients. When they were done with those patients, both of the ladies walked away. They didn't acknowledge me at all. After a couple minutes had gone by, I observed one of the ladies standing at her desk eating licorice like I wasn't standing there waiting! Finally, we made eye contact and she walks up after dusting her dirty, candy hands on her pants and says "oh, let me get you checked in real quick".

While filling out forms on the tablet, this same lady who I'm gonna assume is the office manager because I heard her stating that she was the one that hired someone, was on her cell phone having a very unprofessional and inappropriate LOUD conversation with someone about one of the hygienist that is currently employed there and how they care more about the money than patient care. That definitely should've been a conversation for the office, with the door closed and not for patients in the lobby to hear as it was very quiet. No TV on and no music either. I finally get called in to go to the back at about 8:50-8:55 and I along with my husband walk to the back following the dental assistant. She then questions us and asks who the patient is, as if my husbands name could possible be Latashia. It seemed very condescending and sarcastic. After that she tells us that he can't come to the back and that its policy. She said that they only let people who have disabilities or have a mental issue to have someone accompany them in the back.

I told her that I would prefer my spouse to be in the room with me and she said, "well that's our policy, I don't know what to tell you. " I was extremely flustered after that and told her to remove me from the schedule and I left without being seen. I've had several bad experiences with the dentist before as a child and as an adult. Since then, I've always had someone in the room with me because I get really anxious and it's comforting to have someone there to advocate for me if needed. I was so upset but initially decided against writing a review. I just wanted to report this issue to someone It wasn't until my husband called to speak to someone on my behalf and was hung up on that I figured I'd let people know how this place does business. If this is how they treat patients, I completely understand why the schedule is so open. 0/10 would NEVER recommend!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! I needed to have a dental procedure done and the process was smooth and seamless from the beginning to the end! I had Dr. Sease and his assistant Tiffany. They were both knowledgeable and helped keep me calm during the procedure. I appreciate them both because I get nervous when going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this location!

Great visit. I had to book an EMERGENCY appointment for today due to a toothache. The staff were welcoming and gentle with me. Everyone was so informing with getting their job done. My appointment was at 9 and I only waited if 5 mins before heading to the back. I would definitely recommend this location. They will be seeing me again.
