They explained everything that they were doing everyone there had a great personality nonjudgmental. And then when it was time to talk about finances, lady Santa Crosby, and help me figure out what the best payment plans were and explained what each procedure was to me without making me feel like I was spoken to like a child 10/10 experience

Please, do yourself a favor and do not make the same mistake I did. Go elsewhere. After the experiences I’ve had I believe all the stories I have heard prior about Aspen. My very first visit the Dentist asked me if I had any questions (which of course I did) and before I could even open my mouth to speak, he was already out the door. He wasn’t friendly.

From them trying to get work done that you don’t actually need, and sly-ly charging me over $250 out of pocket for fancy tooth brushes and fancy water flossers; I ended up paying over $800 out of pocket for what my insurance was supposed to cover completely; Then the dentist tells his associate/scheduling lady the “wrong tooth number” and I was mere seconds away from scheduling and paying for work done on a tooth that was perfectly fine. I would have even never caught this had I not opened my mouth by mere chance and pointed at the tooth that needed work done, and the lady told me looked at me like I had two heads, and told me that’s not the tooth number the dentist told her. This place takes advantage of those who do not know how to speak up for themselves, or are other wise clueless. You must keep your head on a swivel and expect them to make mistakes, and you must call them out on it in order for said mistakes to be caught and dealt with appropriately. The staff was “friendly” enough but I’d rather have someone mean and competent than a smiling face that has no clue what they are doing.

Oh, and trying to contact the office is out of the question, you’ll need to go through 5-10 minutes of robot voices via their call center. I’m giving one star because that’s the lowest I can leave to be able to make a review.
