Im going to echo Amber, she left a review 2 weeks ago and I just went through the same thing today. I scheduled an emergency visit. They took all the x rays they pleased to take. Make me wait 2 hrs to tell me they won't help with i was going on.

Also, offered a coupon to cover this visit and then didn't let me go until they have my insurance info for "future" visits, only to charge for the "free" one. Please, don't waste your time or money with this business. Don't worth it! I still have my emergency without been fixed.

This place is great. I scheduled on line then called to ask a question and got the answering service She as not helpful at all and I was worried . But from the time I entered the office my worries went away .

The office is very clean , the reception staff was so nice and very helpful the X-ray girl was very patient and kind the dentist’s assistant was very informative and helpful explain after care The dentist her self was the best I am extremely scared of the dentist and she was aware of that and took time to explain everything in a way I could understand about a future plan . I can honestly say my anxiety went from a 25 walking in to a 4 by time I was leaving . Every one who I met today in this office is very sweet and kind and are will to work with you

I had a great experience going to this dental office my first visit, they sat me down and went over finances and what was covered by my insurance and what wasn’t. At the end of my visit I was told my insurance covered everything but $400. They had me apply for a line of credit thru some small loan company for the remainder of the cost. I forget the company name but if you been there and had to do this you know what I’m talking about. Anyway, I did that and was approved for I believe $4000. I’m like ooo great but I only needed $400. The lady tried to put the whole $4000 loan on my account I’m like no no no because I have to pay this back. So I adjusted the amount myself.

I had to give them $50 down payment which left me with only needing $350 of the loan amount. So I changed the loan amount to be added to my account to $350. That lady didn’t seem too happy about that but oh well y’all not getting me stuck with that high behind bill. Fast forward, I have paid off the $350 loan amount got some work done and they are sending me a bill saying I still OWE THEM MONEY. Like howwwww. Make this make sense. My cleaning visit is the only visit that I had a problem with. They told me it will take two hours to do top and bottom because that’s how good they want to clean people teeth.

Honey my top and bottom was done less than a half hour and my teeth still felt dirty. I wasn’t pleased at all. That was my last visit there because no. They are still sending me a bill. Which should’ve been paid and full if my insurance covered everything but what I got the loan for and the $50 down payment I gave.

I had such a great first visit here. Every single person was so kind and helpful. The office lobby and bathroom were spotless. I was a little anxious bringing my (very well behaved) 4 year old but the ladies at check in immediately interacted with her and created such a welcoming environment. I’m going back next week to get some work done but really impressed with the first visit!!
