This place is a joke everyone needs to run away! Went here very sick bc of my teeth with infection everywhere as the dentist said she could save 15 dead teeth with infection everywhere smh I’ve been to unc no you can’t told me that this wasn’t from a silver filling that cracked as if I don’t know what caused this smh said this kind of pain can cause people to commit suicide but let focus on Dentures made myself clear I didn’t want dentures my gums will not let them set in my mouth already have paperwork on this already have talked to my medical insurance about coverage for my dental all in 4s to be paid for as a medically necessary as it is I get back to “billing” $3700 something dollars I said did you not use my dental insurance for a emergency? Office manager said we don’t do that lol and I was quoted for dentures and I said 20x I didn’t want dentures and they used my insurance when I walked in the door $35 I paid to focus on dentures and a dentist that don’t know what she’s doing and a cray machine that pulled on my damaged teeth and caused more pain bc neither did the cray gal know what she was doing this place is a joke and they want ppls money cash and will tell you bs that is not true! Yeah let’s save them teeth lol and not listen to the patient smh should be ashamed of yourselves

Prices extremely high and I absolutely told then im not letting u tell me u must give me a third deep cleaning where just scrape my teeth for 40 minutes and charge me 3000 dollars again for 3rd time and suddenly they said I can no longer get some teeth pulled and get upper and lower ppl partials but now need everything pulled and get Dentures so I went to a dentist much closer to my home and got second opinion and liked there answers better so I called Aspen Dental to cancel my appointment and asked when I can get my 300 dollars back since I'm no longer going to have them pull my tooth and guy said he doesn't know about that but he will tell Management or whatever and I still haven't gotten a email or call or letter in mail etc about me getting any part of my 300 dollars back !!! So absolutely not giving them a good review

This dentist office has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to Bree (spelling?) especially for being so polite, efficient, and fun to talk to, she made me feel at ease. This is the first dentist I’ve been to since I moved away from my long-time family dentist at home, and it felt just as welcoming.
Rachel was also very informative and helpful. Thanks again, I’ll be back!

Had I known what I know now, I would not have made an appointment at this place; moreover, I am unable to recommend this place 1) was told during a phone conversation and again during check-in that, with my insurance , $35 was what I would owe for the day. I gave the receptionist two twenties. The lady had no cash, so she offered putting the change as a credit on my account. I agreed to this. I was told that the $35 was to cover some sort of screening that insurance would not cover, so when a battery of diagnostics began, it was not a surprise.
At no point did anyone ever say, “I am beginning some tests that will require additional out-of-pocket funds beyond our agreed-upon $35. ” At the end of the visit a treatment plan was recommended. A lady walked me to an area to discuss beginning the plan and I declined. She then informed me that my bill for the day would be in excess of $150 (after already paying the $35 and thinking I was finished). I paid without objection, but I feel that it is only right to warn others about this.
All i really wanted was routine dental cleaning, which they would not agree to do at this first appointment. The way it was, I spent just shy of $200 on the day with nothing but pictures of the inside of my mouth to show for it. Besides that, they displayed 3-D images of my mouth on a large monitor for me to see, as though I’m the one assessing my oral health - not appreciated. On the upside, every person with whom I came into contact was very nice.
