0 stars. Was told they could do a root canal on scheduled appt. When we arrived we were told that was not the case. We were then given another dental exam, (which we just had the previous day and already had a referral for a root canal).

We were then told even though your insurance covers this procedure 100%, you owe us over 1,000$ today in order to even schedule the next appointment! (60% of their estimate) I questioned how that process was even reasonable. I was then told that they would “just reimburse me in 60-90 days…. Avoid this place at all costs.

Aspen Dental was excellent!! I had a crown fall out over the weekend. They were able to get me in for an appointment on the same day that I called to schedule. When I found out they were out of network, they had very fair pricing for out of pocket service. They completed the work quickly and effectively. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

Wish I could give negative stars. PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They are crooks , the whole objective is to charge and over charge and charge some more . These people will seek to put you in debt if they could . I work in law enforcement and have dental coverage and still they will go above and beyond to find other things to charge you thousands of dollars for.

Every single detail to scheduling and even having a tooth pulled they tried to get me to come back and pay more for a special procedure that I did not need . Then they’ll reach out to you about appointments you never scheduled. Please please avoid these criminals i don’t know how they have not been sued out of business yet. I had to reach out to my lawyer about them lying to me to try to bill me for extra services and falsifying info from their financial/billing department to make it look like I wasn’t covered for services that my health care clearly provided ONCE AGAIN PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT .
