I’m so grateful to Dr. Buccieri and her amazing team for giving me the smile of my dreams. As an adult, getting braces again was a daunting process, but Dr. Heather made sure the entire treatment plan was seamless.

From the initial consultation to getting the brackets put on, I knew I was in incredibly good hands with Dr. Heather and her team. Everyone was so kind and encouraging, and the care went beyond the increasing beautification of my smile: their check ins about things going on in my life made me feel seen and supported. I gladly made the over-an-hour commute to her East Aurora office for treatment! When it came time for my braces to be removed, she was able to move my appointment up a few weeks, revealing my beautiful new smile to the world early - an amazing surprise punctuated by a celebratory send off.

I now have my smile back and my confidence has blossomed. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long to get started! Wonderful, family-friendly orthodontist! Office staff is always welcoming & accommodating. All procedures are well explained & my child looks forward to her visits! Entire staff is amazing! Dr. Heather takes her time to explain every step and doesn't rush treatments. Highly recommend her office!
