So frustrating. Messy administration portion. We had a 9 an appointment, waited almost a hour to be seen. The staff was okay but definitely not great. After discussing coverage and insurance for the visit, I find out I wasn’t covered…then that I am covered. My claim wasn’t submitted to my insurance company.

They wanted me to pay…my insurance company told me to tel them to resubmit claim because it was never received…the office I went to was closed on the day Columbia Dental decided to mention I was not covered ( two days before my next appointment) (that I waited two months for), the Manchester office gave me the run around all day giving me different answers each time I called. Just do not go here. Sunrise dental is 100 times better. Happy I had to switch in the end.

Went to see Dr. Shahram Lashgari for wisdom tooth removal. Great dentist, very professional and treated me will. Overall a very nice person and very professional. I would recommend him to other people for all of their dental needs.

I went to Columbia Dental today to have 3 broken teeth out. The main doctor who does this was absolutely phenomenal! I have dental anxiety and he really put my mind at ease, made me laugh, the dental assistant was very kind to me as well. I would definitely go here again and I am not as afraid anymore. Thank you!

I am so very pleased with this office. I had a lot of trepidation going into this procedure, but what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Graciela, at the front desk, is a pleasure! She is competent and always so very nice to me. Sillin, Who assisted Dr Lashgari, is my rock. She is honest and encouraging and supportive! Dr Lashgari did a wonderful job, working well with the very bad situation I had in my mouth.

He really knows what he’s doing! And he’s quite determined to have a happy, satisfied, patient at the end of the day! What a nice man! And, the kindness and attention given to me by Parvin, exceeded anything I could have expected. She listened to my concerns which resulted in a great finished product. Everyone truly works together as a team! I am very satisfied with the end result. See you in 3 months!😁
