not happy at all. at my first appt they “didn’t find me” in the system even though i had an email confirmation. made a second appt with a call center rep, when i showed up to the appointment “they didn’t find me” in the system the second time. by that time i had just given up and started looking for other options. definitely need a better scheduling system.

Got in half and hour before my appointment, as soon as I was called, I got attended and it was much faster than expected for the process! Last time I had a tooth extraction, it took longer than it should have. Y’all really don’t waste time! 🤭

I went for my appointment on Monday, sadly they couldn't help me with my issue. I just want to give a review for the staff. First of all the receptionist with the red hair, she is very kind & helpful. Second the dental assistant hopefully I said it right. Henna (Sorrry if that's not spelled correctly) she was amazing, I asked her several questions and she was able to answer all. Thank you so much for your help.

. . . BTW my waiting time was about an hour, very fair. .
