I’ve been to this dentist multiple times, trying to schedule necessary appointments, and each time I’ve been denied service for various reasons. They always seem to have an excuse and continuously try to charge me out of pocket, even though I have valid insurance. This dental office is a total ripoff

The staff was pleasant with a great attitude, but now the wait time is minimal, 3 -4 hrs it makes no sense having an appointment at all you WILL be waiting to be seen for hours

I’ve been coming to you guys for years and I’m always satisfied with the results the staff is always pleasant with a great attitude which makes me relax about the whole process it’s hard to trust these days but just like my doctor no matter where I move to I will always travel for the services Thank You Guys

I want to start by saying that the surgeon has a good hand for her work. It was quick and, after proper sedation, painless. However, the management in this office is tasteless. There is no decorum here. Upon walking in you will notice that their phones ring as the front desk ignores them because they are too consumed with discussing personal matters. I arrived 15 minutes late for my 8:00 AM appointment, I was the 5'th person in the office, and I tried calling to let them know that I would be late or for them to change my appointment date or time YET, NO ANSWER.

I was greeted with "The doctor canceled your appointment" Luckily, I could advocate for myself and informed them that this is not a private practice, therefor she can't do and undo appointments at her discretion. I did not hesitate to stand my ground firmly and was seen within the hour. Now here is the catch, they were supposed to send me antibiotics, and I was told they were already sent. I confirmed before leaving the office and was told yet again, that they have been sent to the pharmacy. It is the next day and I am still waiting on my ANTIBIOTICS. This place is poorly managed, I wouldn't even blame the DR or the assistants, this is a front desk issue.

If I could give them zero stars I would, but because the procedure was done by good hands (both the doctor and her assistant) I won't be doing that. However, this place needs to be inspected. There are too many discrepancies here. - Veronica Lopez, and if you are reading this, SEND ME MY ANTIBIOTICS BECAUSE IF I CATCH AN INFECTION, THAT WOULD BE AN EASY LAWSUIT! THANK YOU
