Husband's Review: If I could give zero stars I would. My appointment was for 9:20, I was there 10 minutes before and I was still seen at 11. I specifically told the dental assistant that I was allergic to tylenol and that is exactly what they prescribed me for pain. Idiots! And this was after the dental assistant tried to be condescending about the medication I was allergic to. I guess she didnt know codeine has acetaminophen in it.

This is a lack of training. Also I wasnt told I was going to be sedated so I did not have anyone to accompany me after the procedure which is dangerous. I called them for 2 days trying to let them know they sent the wrong medication and no answer! They make you wait on queue to just transfer you to a voicemail.

This location has changed sooo much, it’s sad how bad people actually made it. I remember you can come early and be seen as a walk-in (first come, first served) now you need to have a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!! 📅 I came in last week for a tooth extraction and there was about 7 people ahead of me, all staff is new except for one girl who I remember from the past and ofc the DR who perform the surgery! Insurance is still accepted ✅ and they only offer sleep sedation now, no more awake.

I felt a lil rush out in the end but thankfully I wasn’t too high off the anesthesia which is why I will forever come to this location if I need a tooth extraction because I never have a problem with regaining consciousness afterwards.

The front staff was nice and the move fast, the I had a few issues. They used X-rays I had from 3 years ago. I thought they were going to give me an X-ray that same day, I mentioned it and the doctor asked where the pain was I told him, but the assistant I had. Her demeanor just rubbed me the wrong way. Short and terse like she was agitated.

I take a lot of things into consideration some places really don’t train staff on customer/client services. I expressed how I felt because it made me feel uncomfortable. But everyone else cool, but I’m not feeling this location.

Had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted! I went in terrified, but I didn’t even feel the procedure happen, and everything went smoothly. My dentist was really friendly, and we had a great conversation about Bronx Science before the procedure. The front desk and nurses were also all very kind, especially Kiara who helped answer a lot of questions after the procedure.

Most of the bad reviews are about the waiting times, but the waiting times are not that bad (expect about 1-2 hrs). Would recommend this place!
