I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. After having my wisdom tooth removed, I later found out that the surgeon didn’t stitch the site, leaving a large open hole. Two weeks later, it still wasn’t healing properly, and I had to go back on another round of antibiotics. This could have been prevented with proper care. I also paid for general anesthesia, which left me completely disoriented after the procedure, making it impossible for me to advocate for myself or ensure the surgery had been done correctly. That was part of the problem.

There should have been better post-op support and clearer aftercare instructions. There was only one surgeon on-site that day, and he was juggling back-to-back appointments as well as walk-ins. It felt like an assembly line. I was rushed in and out, like just another name on the list. Now I’m left with a long healing journey ahead, and a bitter taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively.

They accept Metro Plus insurance. Yes, there is a waiting time about 45 minutes to 2 hours. They need to prepare and study case to do proper treatment. If you are in rush just change the appointment date to on a free day. Many people complaints about many different factors. But I found the overall service operation in a reasonable manner.

My wisdom tooth extraction time needed about 15 minutes. Right after that I travelled to Brooklyn using train and public bus. No assistant required at all. Yeah, it was surgical pain. But the situation wasn't terrible.

In regards to the procedure everything was great and smooth. The staff was informative and professional. The front staff is very unprofessional. Adalany Almonte kept making side comments in Spanish to her coworker about me filling out the papers online.

When you book the appointment it clearly states to fill paperwork before hand but I guess it was too much work for her to print the papers that I had already filled out as stated in the email. It’s really unfortunate that people get a job but then want to complain about doing their job. Aside from that she kept speaking Spanish when patients would ask her questions. I’m 100% fluent in Spanish and hearing her doing this was completely unprofessional.

A patient asked her for ice pack and she stated that they didn’t have but her coworker told her that they did and she made no attempt to correct herself and provide the ice pack for the client. I am social worker and this type of conduct with towards patients was completely unacceptable to me. I’m glad that at least the other staff providing X-rays and doing the extraction were highly competent and empathetic/informative.

My husband was in alot of pain and they set up the appointment the next day was at 10:00am two weeks later the second appointment was set up on a Friday and came in on a Monday on time and the receptionist was nice and professional both times we came in. He was seen two times already the first time the doctor extracted two tooth it took more time the second visit was today and one tooth only was taken out it took him 20mins and when I went to the back he was already in the recovering area he was out. This place is great and clean.

The doctor and the nurse assisted nurses are great as well. The two times my husband has been there, I will highly recommend it to anyone who has issues with Oral surgery.
