Dr. Sarnowski performed a couple of retreatments for me not long ago. He is excellent! He’s really thorough and wants to make sure his work is done properly. The receptionists are very welcoming and professional. Carley and Dr. Sarnowski made a great team during my treatments.

She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My experience there has been very positive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for root canal related issues, now that I know of them. Definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience! I was in severe pain and needed a root canal. I had tried another endodontics center who couldn't see me for a week and were generally unsympathetic. But East Coast Endodontics worked me in promptly and were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my dentist told me I needed a root canal. They recommended I see East Coast Endodontics and I am so glad they did. I had always heard that having a root canal was a terrible experience and was a little nervous about having one. Dr. Sarnowski and all the staff were helpful and patient, answering my questions before and after the procedure.

During the procedure, they worked hard to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. While it took about 90 minutes, the experience was no worse than having a filling. It's not something to look forward to but it is also not something to fear. Hopefully I don't need another root canal in the future but if I did, I would use East Coast Endodontics again and not nearly as nervous about it.
