Dr. Han & his assistant, Kasey, were excellent. My experience honestly was the best I’ve ever had. I had four teeth removed. Both were professional and took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and calm my anxieties about the procedure.

The process was very fast and the doctor even played music of my choice. Both continued to provide care, reassurance, and explanation throughout which was fantastic. In addition, the young lady at the front desk was attentive, professional, & caring while getting my ride home.

Monsieur Husayn

My crown came off on a Friday, Although I left my number with the answering service I still had to call on that Monday to obtain an emergency appointment. Wednesday, without a long wait, I was able to have my crown adhered and also schedule an appointment for my annual cleaning. Dr Labaga is awesome and I was pleased with his care.

If I had a complaint it would be that there are NO emergency services on weekends and while sitting in the waiting room I observed staff not being patient with individuals who are not technology literate.

Hippy Chick

Had two temp crowns fall out and they expect me not to get upset. I spoke my mind and they retaliated refusing to take me as a patient ok how is it my fault mrs stephanie the sucky office manager. You waste my time making me come back twice. If mr Lawrence cepelak wasnt an incompetent dentist i wouldnt have to speak my mind. The dentist does not know what he is doing.

Problem is that he grinded my tooth down so far that the crown has nothing to stick to. And you say there is a diffrence between soreness and pain. Your so freeking stupid soreness can cause pain. Just admit you messed up on multiple occasions. So yeah i would even trust you guess to even hit a nail with a hammer let alone fix a tooth

Although the staff, technicians and Dr's were all very friendly, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this office. We waited 1½ hours for a routine visit as new patients. We were told over the phone that this office had sedation capability and they had an oral surgeon on staff, they had neither.

My hygienist was lovely and did a great cleaning but unfortunately we will not return.
