A Very comfortable, educational, fun, and exciting experience for my teen and I. She says she “didn’t like the tongue thing” but she still gave them 5stars!! The atmosphere in the clinic is super professional but extremely relaxed! Shout out to Shavonne the Clinic Manager for answering the “tough questions” 😂 During our visit.

All of the patients were smiling and very happy with their results. The Orthodontists are Too Cool and the staff is AMAZING!! You’ll love your visit!! And I know her teeth are going to turn out great!!!

We couldn't be happier with the care that my 13-year-old son received at this orthodontic office! The entire team has been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding every step of the way. Dr. Loflin and DeAnn were amazing and took the time to explain the process in a way my son could understand and made him feel comfortable during each visit. I began treatment with JRO in 2023 after starting my orthodontic journey at another practice. I had booked numerous consultations, did my research, explored many options, and thought I had made the right choice. I was wrong. I realized pretty quickly at the other practice that I was in the wrong hands for my case and began looking elsewhere to see if I could transfer my treatment. I had many doctors tell me they couldn't help me and to just get my braces taken off and give up. A friend recommended JRO after completing Invisalign with them and from the moment I met Drs.

Loflin and Scarborough, it was evident they wanted to see to it that I was taken care of and help me achieve my best possible smile and orthodontic health. We started an intensive treatment plan that involved a few oral surgeries, each of which they coordinated and communicated with my oral surgeon on. Everyone on the JRO team was always friendly, helpful, and compassionate and each visit was pleasant and timely. The techs always helped me book out several appointments to ensure I could secure a timeslot that worked with my work schedule. Drs. Loflin and Scarborough collaborated on my case and make their very best efforts to help me achieve the best results.

I just finished my treatment and couldn't be happier with my new smile. I will be forever grateful to this team for helping me when I had lost hope. So, don't make the mistake I did and just choose JRO first! I promise you won't be disappointed.
