My experience with Loch Ridge Dental was exceptional. Everyone was very kind, polite, respectful, helpful, and efficient, beginning with the receptionist(s), Amy, the Hygienist, and Dr. O. the dentist. Information relative to my dental appointment, solutions regarding my dental needs, Medical Insurance and dental fees were all explained to me.

Being as this was my first visit, I was somewhat anxious. However, my fears were quelled after speaking with the office personnel, being X-rayed & consulting with Dr. O regarding the results of my x-ray and my dental needs. As a result of the information garnered and the respectful manner in which I was treated, I will be utilizing Loch Ridge Dental for my dental needs.

Amy is a wonderful hygenist. She pleasant friendly, efficient but quick. My teeth haven't felt this good in a while. Dr. O was also very personable. Both explained everything to me. Front desk staff are also friendly and knowledgable. I left with clear understand if what happened and what is next, when, and a good estimate of the cost. Highly recommend.

I was scheduled today for a 10am appointment, got there at around 9:25am, filled out the paperwork and before I could hand it to the front desk clerk, my name was being called! I went to the back and didn't have any insurance to have a piece of my tooth removed and they originally told me that it would be $450 for a small piece of tooth! I told them I had to reschedule and the next thing I know a male doctor known only as "Dr. O" came in, greeted me and asked if I was getting the tooth removed today.

I had told him I was not because I didn't have it at the moment and he proceeded to look at my X-ray. Then, he said "Would you like me to remove it today for $100? I don't feel right charging you $450 for such a small piece of tooth! It just doesn't sit right with me.

" Prior to his entry, two women were trying to get me to sign a paper for $450 extraction and said that I would only pay $360 if I signed up for something that costs the better part of $100 and I was like, that's ten dollars more! He numbed me, yanked the tooth fragment out, showed it to me and that was it! Mind you, I was out of there by around 10:15am but, it was a simple extraction! God Bless Doctor O!!! Thank you Loch Ridge Dental Care!!!! 🙏🏾

Called yesterday regarding a tooth infection, they got me in the same day for an extraction. I was in and out in what felt like 15 minutes. Everyone from the front desk to the team in the back were super sweet and helpful. Thank you eternally Dr. O and all of loch ridge dental.
