Very disappointing. What started out as a positive ended in a complete nightmare. If life was a cartoon, Dr. Pat, would've been strapped to an ACME rocket ship and sent to the moon. My father always said, "if you're going to do a job, do it right or don't do it at all. " I felt like a lab rat. Very unprofessional. The end results wasn't even near the mark.

The uppers were way too small and lowers had misshapen teeth and crooked and caused a serious underbite to the point I looked like a Bulldog! Then he put the blame on me, said my Jaw stuck out! Never been told my jaw stuck out in my life!! Very cruel and inhumane. God knows exactly what he did. Ended up leaving with nothing but a broken spirit. Absolutely horrifying! Never had this happen with other dentists. They always created beautiful and Perfect teeth that I felt confident wearing. Unfortunately the dentist I had, doesn't take my insurance. Now have to start over with another new dentist. One that actually knows what they're doing and takes PRIDE in their work and treats people with the respect and kindness they deserve.

Unfortunately reading reviews aren't reliable sources we can depend on. If they were, I'd be happy and not writing this. Poor quality work not only disrespects the patient, it shows the Dr. has no self respect or integrity. You can't do ugly things to people and expect to live a beautiful life.

Like many of the reviews, I too called for an appointment as a new patient and was told it would be six months for an appointment. However, when I informed the gal that answered the phone that I had a painful tooth, everything changed. I drive over the road for a living and wouldn't be back til Saturday and they had me in there THAT MONDAY! What started out as a toothache ended up with a cavity repair, a root canal AND a crown, all in 2 hours and 15 minutes and all in one visit!!! You can't beat that. I'm 71 years old and have seen many dentists in my lifetime.

Dr. Crawford's office, practice and staff were the best, by far. 1) His office is in a rustic setting with lots of windows. There was no claustrophobic feeling as in some small offices and no dentist office smells.

2) He has the most high tech office I have ever seen. He has not one, but two mills onsite where he makes your crowns while you wait! It only takes 30 minutes to make one! 3) Dr. Crawford is a great guy, a great dentist and he's a jazz musician as well! Thank you Dr. Crawford!

Been a patient for nearly a decade. Called days in advance to reschedule a cleaning due to having to attend a funeral and couldn't get on the schedule for 6 months. While I understand it is a busy office with only one fabulous hygienist, a 6 month wait to reschedule is unacceptable.

Mark Wasurick

Dr. Crawford is the best dentist I've ever been to, and I'm one of those people who doesn't like dentists. He's really easy to talk with and he always makes sure that I'm as comfortable as possible and everything is as painless as he can make it. He has a great staff, too!
