Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become less nervous and go for regular check ups. Delana (hygienist) and her assistant Jen were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I can definitely tell this office has my best interest in mind!

I really liked this dentist but there support staff aka people at the front are terrible and it is not worth the effort. I needed an implant created and placed. Had the impression done with date set two weeks later. After several calls trying to confirm that they would have the implant they notified me the afternoon before that it would not be there for another two weeks. 4 weeks for an implant! At one point I wishfully thought the implant would arrive and asked if another dentist could put in as mine was out on Friday. . . nope to that!!! Oh by the way , the reason why they could not confirm it. . . . . There apparently was nobody to open the mail . I assume that also cause there appointment booking skills are not great. When I booked my appointment to get the impression made, the front desk women said they might have to cancel and she would confirm tomorrow. I asked her to just leave a message as I am hard if hearing and just say yes the appointment is good or no there a problem . . . . Her message.

. please call us. . . . And she left that message just before they closed for the day and were shut the next day. Sigh. . . Now those that think is a fair time. . let me share this. I also had a flipper made there, it fills the gap when you waiting to get the implant. It was made by the same place and only took a week which is good cause it had to be returned as someone had ordered a flipper for two teeth instead of one . . . Go people at the front desk I had to pay 1200 up front for this and I am pretty sure that this was not ordered. They said I could cancel and would send me a check. If they don't I will flag with my credit card company. I no longer wish to use this dentist.

Like I say, the dentist was nice. . . . . but the pain of going through there support staff is really not worth it for me. I would avoid. I wish I had read the reviews clearly this is not a one off. . . . . Oh and that includes the insurance stuff. . when I first went there they charged me to. . . Then when I went to my insurance I saw they had paid out and like everyone else I had to ask for my money back and wait for a check

The front desk staff was very busy and professional, but I feel the system for providing service is not really patient-focused. My wife and I both had dental appointments scheduled for today. We called the office to ask if it would be okay to arrive a little late due to a blood test, and they told us no, that the appointments are always at 10 AM. I didn’t quite understand what that meant, but I assume they were saying that my appointment was at 10 AM, and my spouse's appointment was at 11 AM. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment, at 9:45 AM.

SO anyhow, We arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment, and For my 10 AM appointment, I completed all the EMR records and then waited. For my spouse's 11 AM appointment, we completed all the EMR data at 10:30 AM. However, they made us wait for more than a hour in the waiting chair. We were very disappointed and decided to cancel the service. The front desk agreed, said they would delete all my information, and assured me no charges would be processed because they were unable to provide service on this scheduled visit.

I donot know yet, if they do scam. They finally apologized for the delay. We took the day off from work for this appointment, and it ended up being a very frustrating experience.

I have had all my dental needs performed at University Dental in Morrisville, NC (previously in Cary NC) for over 16 years. They provide outstanding dental services. I moved a few years ago and I could go to a dentist closer, but will not. The dentists and team are an awesome crew.
