My experience with has been incredible. The moment I entered the office I was warmly and friendly greeted. I went to that office very scared about what was going to happen and from the beginning the way I was treated by staff made felt at ease and welcomed. The young lady at the reception Autumn was very cordial and helpful explaining everything about the process, the insurance coverage, and she went above and beyond to help me. Contrary to other medical offices that I have visited recently this was a 180 degrees change from the others in service and clarity. I wish all receptionist treat customers like I was caken care at this office.

Once on the doctor’s chair I noticed how knowledgeable Dr. Reigh it is and how well he treated me. He explained everything step by step during the four surgeries he performed, the post operations examinations, the clear written instructions and the care kit after each surgery. My mouth was in bad shape and he has done an extraordinary work saving my gums. Also, Dr. Reighs dental assistats are fantastic, Robyn and the other lady (sorry for missing her name) were fantastic with an open smile and calming attitude towards the patients.

If I had met a dental office like this many moons ago I wouldn’t have the problems I developed over the years because the attitude that scared me from seating on a dental chair. Without any doubt or reservations I totally recommend this dental office. My only complaint and it is a minor complaint is the telephone system where every call is routed through a central comms in another place and it’s at time frustrating to reach the receptionist. Saying this I admit that although it took a little longer I was eventually put in contact with Dr. Raighs office.

Update to prior post…I previously posted a review about Dr. Hsu at the Wyomissing office. I was sent to the Pottstown location following what can only be described as a botched procedure by Dr. Hsu. The staff at Pottstown was amazing.

Dr. Reigh was extremely thorough, apologetic and very aware of how to make things right. While I would still never wish Dr. Hsu on anyone, I highly recommend the practice overall.

I had the best experience , Dr Musetti, Sam and Marisol were wonderful. They made me so comfortable. Very professional from the front desk staff to the Doctor and the team in the back. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Runkle claimed I need multiple teeth pulled. I went to another dentist and didn’t have to have one tooth pulled. They fixed both my teeth that cracked. I wouldn’t not recommend going to this office or the Norristown and trappe office. Just absolutely terrible service. But Dr runkle was trying to take advantage of me plan and simple. Not to mention they are extremely over priced.
