If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I both had check ups and cleanings in July 2023. They tried to sneak in the $200 toothbrush on both of our bills. They also tried to overcharge me by around $180 even though we both had the same procedure. When I repeatedly questioned the bill, it was magically lowered. Fast forward to October 2024 and my husband starts getting texts and bills saying he owes over $800. He was originally told that the delay was caused because they were "behind on billing". 7 months later he's still getting bills and texts.

He has contacted them multiple times to try and get this resolved and no one has ever returned his call. According to our insurance provider, they did not include all of the necessary codes and the xrays were blank when the claim was submitted. Some of the information provided by Aspen was also incorrect. Our insurance provider has requested the correct information from them multiple times. At this point, we've contacted the BBB. My warning to anyone who goes here. . .

check your bill before you leave. Also reach out to your insurance providers to make sure everything is ok. It's been almost 2 years and we're still fighting with them because of their shady business practices. Unfortunately we did not read all of the reviews first. Others are having similar experiences.

Staff was friendly & professional. Outer office waiting area needs a make-over, but I was very happy with the entire experience. I was given a very thorough exam, discussed my treatment options, and given an itemization of the procedures suggested.

In the end I thanked them and walked away without any pressure from them to make further appointments or financial commitments. Four stars instead of five only because the prices seemed a lot higher than I expected.

Have gone twice so far and both times I haven't had a single complaint! Went in for an extraction before work, got in at 830am, tooth was out by 9-905am! Had 10 minutes to spare before heading in to work, the extraction was so fast and painless! I get anxiety going to the dentist and I don't think I will going here. Even the numbing shots weren't as bad here as opposed to the dentist I use to go to.

I have used Aspen in the past and have been very pleased with the dentist Dr Shukla who had removed a couple of my teeth. I had an appointment to remove the remaining of my top teeth and received dentures. I was very positive because of my experience in the past and again how quickly the teeth were removed. I was given all the information and tools I needed to heal. I am very happy to report that I woke up today the day after with no pain, no bleeding, no discomfort.

I am extremely happy and overjoyed with the job. The dentist had done not to mention the staff always being able to answer my questions in a very friendly and prompt way. shout out to Dr Shukla for his kindness and his gentle hands.
