I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed from this location, and everyone there was so friendly, helpful, supportive and insightful. The doctor was nice, and talked me through everything. He mentioned complications, and cost prices. At the end of the day he did his thing and I am so grateful that he was able to get all four. Thank you so much, for everything to the whole team! ❤️

i feel very skeptical about this place and doubtful. I feel that their modus operandi (way of doing things) is too fast and quick which can be somewhat careless and might be some what unprofessional. I know this is because they have tons of people. I went their with a tooth that was torn that had a minor chipped. They took X-ray of my denture and then proceed to extract my broken tooth but they did not consider evaluated the situation of the tooth or consider weather or not the tooth need a repair.

I feel that they should have an evaluation procedure beforehand as a policy like they do with X-ray. Now that I thought about it my tooth did not actually need it to be remove. it only needed to be repair after asking question online and researching I found out there more procedures that are available. I called another private clinic and they did told me that they have AN EVALUATION PROCEDURE and alternative solutions that although are pay for but are available. I feel disappointed and I regret having my tooth removed and not having carrying out other potential good solutions.

I feel not very smart for not doing my research before going to the clinic. I am not saying that they are bad at all. They are good but these are my thoughts for improving and having a creative criticism.

Overall, an unpleasant and painful experience. The place was run down. Procedure was rushed, didn’t even let the anesthesia settle, making it extremely painful. When I complained, they simply downplayed my pain. Also, there isn’t a private waiting area for patients that come out of their procedure. I would definitely not recommend at all!

While the surgery went well, bedside manner by nurse was awesome, dr not so much. . . and forget trying to get a hold of them post surgery, your on hold in ques from 14 to 18, you get to number 2 and it goes to an answering service and calls aren't returned. I've had pain 4 days post surgery due to gastric bypass i can't take ibuprofen so they prescribed pain meds, 12, perfect but today is my last and I'm hoping I'll be fine, not like I can call them. I have mixed feelings about this place.

. . . definitely lack empathy.
