Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

This is the second time I went in and they told me that I couldn't be seen today because my appointment was either not verbally confirmed (which they never called) OR it was canceled. I tried to call today and get a confirmation but no one picks up the phone over there. They use a third party app. The text i got said your in the system for the right day and everything is confirmed. I text back and ask for a verbal confirmation from them. Because I know how they are and they told me that they would pass along the information to the front desk.

I never received a call back. I went in because I was afraid that if I didn't they would say that. I was a no call no show and charge my insurance. I guess it doesn't matter that people have lives and if I need to leave early for work thats on me then cause they don't care. Do not waste your time.

unprofessional and a waste of time to visit this office. i went in for my first time for a cleaning, they in fact did not clean my teeth they rescheduled me and my nxt appt was for a ortho consult which i never asked for and i still in fact did not get my teeth cleaned. i’ve been reaching out for 3wks now so someone can transfer any and all of my scans over to new dentist and i have yet to get a call, email or even text response from them.

if you want your time and money wasted please go to this dentist.

Been with them for at least 5 years, but I would not recommend. I didn't have issues with them til recently. Every time I make an appointment they either never saved it in the system or had to cancel due to dr not being in(without notice til i arrived). 2 months of playing this game is a little ridiculous. Tired of constantly rescheduling, so I will be taking my buisiness else where.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I always hated dentists. I’ve always felt that my bite was different with every filling I got from previous doctors. I had an issue happen the same day I had been at Dr dental for a cap and walked in next morning as an emergency with my issue, and it was 100% resolved same day despite not having an appointment. they eased my anxiety about it causing further damage to my teeth they are working to restore.

They go out of their way to help if you express your feelings. It’s obvious the doctors are very skilled and know what they are doing. The best my mouth has ever felt has been after treatment at Dr. Dental. I’ve hated my teeth for a long time and they have helped me to not feel that way.

The front desk staff are friendly. The dental assistants are great. I simply do not agree with any negative review I have seen about them. Anyone who says Dr dental ruined their teeth, ruined their own teeth by not following up or through with their procedures.
