The experience is very pleasant. The staff there are professional and responsible. They are very comprehensive with my dental health and provide very helpful treatment plan guidance. The price and insurance coverage information is very clear and transparent. I am glad that I found a new dental office that I can stick with.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this dental office that I feel compelled to share. After receiving a referral from my previous dentist, I visited their website, which advertised emergency care for broken teeth and extractions. Given my urgent need for a tooth extraction, I was hopeful about receiving the necessary treatment. Upon arrival, Dr. Horowitz examined my mouth and took two X-rays.

Unfortunately, she informed me that she could not perform the extraction and recommended that I seek treatment in Brooklyn instead. This was frustrating, especially since it seemed contrary to what their website promised regarding emergency care. Additionally, I was quoted a cost of $690 for the procedure due to my insurance coverage limitations. However, since no actual service was rendered during my visit, I felt that the $345 charge for the consultation was unjustified. The entire experience felt like a waste of both my time and resources.

While I appreciate receiving a toothbrush as part of my visit, it does not compensate for the lack of service or transparency regarding their capabilities. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office and would advise others to proceed with caution. Overall Rating: 1/10

The kindness the dentists showed me at this location is unmatched. I’ve never felt so completely cared for and at ease. I highly recommend Tend. They make this so easy and are a talented group of people!

Let’s be real. Going to the dentist is something nobody looks forward to, but Tend grand central makes this experience super easy and kind of enjoyable. I actually look forward to cleanings. They are all so gentle and caring.

I also recently had some fillings reworked which is not pleasurable, but again, the staff made me feel so calm and comfortable it was easy. They even offered to split the billing into two payments.
