Great customer service ! They got me in fast for a dental issue ... Super dental staff . They took time to explain and made me feel relaxed . The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is that they are booking our 10 months out for cleanings ....that is crazy .

I have always had a great experience at this location. Everyone has been kind and friendly which I appreciate since I have anxiety from years past when belt driven drills were used. Dr. Crossetta has been compassionate, kind, understanding and actually makes my visits almost fun but always bearable.

Diana, the Dental Hygienist at the Hamburg location, is extremely competent, professional, kind, and has a heart of gold. She does a thorough job with attention to detail when I see her. She no doubt saved me from multiple cavities. My mother has dementia and she encouraged me to bring her in her wheelchair and spent extra time and was so patient with her to make sure she did a thorough cleaning and was extremely kind to her.

There needs to be more people like Diana in this world! Individuals like Diana give businesses a great reputation in the community. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond for patients. Definitely 5 stars because of her!!!

Staff is friendly helpful and patient. They are a busy place and dealing with a lot of people which can become stressful but they always have a positive attitude if you’re a good understanding customer. Each time I’ve been here it’s been a pleasant experience.
