If I could give ZERO stars that would be my choice. PHILIP WILLIAMS, you need to re-visit dental school, get more training on PROPER patient care as well as improvement on your work. He gave my daughter a fill yesterday, it was sloppy and uneven, she told you she was unhappy and your response was uncaring, you did not make adjustments, you did a rush job and that is unacceptable for a Healthcare worker ESPECIALLY A DENTIST For every patient going to Philip Williams please GO SEE ANOTHER DENTIST.

Sorry WNY dental but you lost 2! Patients because of this man.

Dr. Philip Williams did not fix what I wanted to be fixed after not satisfying me for the first time, in fact he was in a rush and told me there was nothing else that he could do, when I know there was something more he could do because I’ve had it done before.

Did not check with me to see if I was satisfied with his work, just moved into the next patient! I did not like my experience with Philip!!! As a dentist in people’s mouth messing with their teeth he needs to act like he cares a bit more than he showed!!! Other than him the GENERAL DENTIST!! My visit was ok but I will not be back due to my problems not going solved!!

I hate having to do this, but I think it’s important to put the word out there. I came to this practice Even after hearing the horrible experience my senior mother had with Dr. Williams. I was unaware at the time of which doctor gave her a hard time so I booked an appointment to get One of my teeth filled. just my luck, I got Dr. Williams. I didn’t say anything to him upon my initial appointment about the treatment of my mother.

I wanted to find out for myself during my examination. He was very rude to me. He has no bedside manner whatsoever or compassion for his patients. They charged me for things I never requested so now I have to call the insurance company and fight it. Also, I was driving home after my appointment and had to pull the gauze out of my top gums. he never removed the gauze when he was done . I didn’t realize it at the time that it was there because my mouth was numb.

finally, let’s not forget about the black bear that he killed and put in the waiting room as a trophy. That right there should tell you a person’s character. I ended up calling them back and canceling my appointment for six months. I will never go back there again. I don’t even know how he is still practicing with all of the horrible reviews. I have read about this practice best of luck to you, sir.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted, with IV sedation, by Dr. Rogèr. This Provider was personable, friendly, knowledgeable. My son was done in under 45 minutes and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease before, during, and after the procedure. Eight hours post op and he has virtually no pain or swelling. Highly recommend Dr. Rogèr!!
