Today I had the best experience that I've ever had at a dental appointment. The entire staff there went above and beyond to help me. They were very thorough with their evaluation as well as coming up with my treatment plan. I am so grateful and will absolutely 💯 recommend Aspen dental (Massapequa office) to anyone. The doctors were nice and professional but that’s where it ends. It’s like being in a used car dealership with the incompetent office people. They sell you high interest loans but that is not the worst of it. After I got the work done they promised that I had a zero balance with them low and behold I got a bill in the mail and they said I owe $1500 I was making weekly payments that total 1200 to date through online banking.

Lo and behold they sent me to collections for $1400. When I called the corporate office the lady could not explain why my payments did not count against my debt. This is just greed

We just started going there, trying to find an honest dentist these days is hard but I think we found a good one. My son was very pleased. Staff was very kind and courteous, we didn't wait long at all and I don't feel we were pushed to do anything unnecessary. I recommend them and I will be going back.

I went for my initial visit today, x-rays, exams, and consultation. I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time, quite embarrassing for me, but they put me at ease, were extremely kind, patient, and explained the process, payment options, and what treatment was best for my situation. Wish I had done this much sooner, they reaffirmed it's never too late to get back on track and get the help you need.

I'm hoping the planned dental work goes as smoothly as today.
