Probably one of the worst dental experiences I've had. To start with I had a 2:15 appointment, arrived at 2:00 to fill out paperwork and was brought into the back at approximately 2:15. Jackie (the dental assistant who was fantastic) then proceeded to do X-rays and other stuff prior to the dentist coming in, which was nearly an hour later after my appointment started. I went there because I had a broken tooth and simply wanted to have it extracted. As soon as the dentist arrived she looked at the x-rays and said we're going to take out all of your bottom teeth and fit you for dentures.

This was not my plan nor my intention. I simply wanted to have a tooth extraction or repaired if it could be. Upon telling them that I did not want to have dentures I was escorted to a waiting room where I was told that a manager would come see me. After waiting a few minutes and not being visited by anyone I decided that I was not going to continue to wait and had already waited long enough so I left. After I left I was contacted by phone to discuss payment plans for my tooth.

They fully knew that I had dental insurance so why were they trying to force me into a payment plan. I normally would use serenity Dental who are fantastic and great but was unable to get an appointment until further out in the month due to the fact that this was not an emergency.

The staff at Aspen of Newton are exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming, family-like atmosphere. They were clear, thorough, and kind throughout my appointment. I would confidently recommend this office to my friends and family, knowing they’d receive outstanding care. The office is impressively advanced, consistently introducing new, state-of-the-art technology at each visit.

Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Loved the dentist too. This is the first time in all my years I actually enjoyed being at the dentist. Everyone was friendly and personable. I look forward to my next few visits. If you live in the area, this dentist is definitely the place to go - I highly recommend it.
