I was having a dental emergency and my old dentist couldn’t get me in for a month! Was able to get an appointment with Aspen within a day, got right in, and was examined immediately. They have state of the art equipment. The doctor was very professional. The staff was extremely friendly. They made it a pleasant experience.

MJ was great! He was very pleasant to work with. . However the front desk receptionist was rude. She didn’t greet anyone that walked in and she also didnt acknowledge that me and my child both had scheduled appointments. She proceeded to address me in a rude manner basically asking if I had an issue with the service that I received. Although I didn’t receive any service other than her HORRIBLE customer service skills.

I politely told her that I found it very unprofessional of her to address me in that manner in front of my child. Not only that but I have heard from other customers that she is new and she has done this to them as well. Other than that my overall experience was a 3-10. Not sure if this location is right for me.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was friendly ,polite ,and did a outstanding job . Kila-Da did a excellent job of being careful with taking xray of teeth and just at awesome person ,and friendly ,would recommend to others. Dentist was very friendly, and great on letting me know what needed to be down ,and how he is going to get me smiling again ,can t wait.
