Didn’t properly consult with me about the procedure. I came in to remove and replace two teeth. They ended up removing a lot more. Every time I’ve been to a dentist practice, they have fully talk to me about my options and what would I like to do. Not Dr. Mann at Aspen Dental, he just checked my teeth and scheduled an extraction. I will take blame for not asking more questions and not fully looking over what’s going to be done.

I’m just thinking get two teeth pulled and partial. But still, there was real communication or understanding on Dr. Mann / Aspen Dental side. It really felt like I got token advantage of by Dr. Mann. Of course eventually those teeth needed to be removed in the long run but I wasn’t given a clear and proper choice on it. Then during the first extraction process, Dr.

Mann was rude to me and to his dental assistant. To quote him he said “You can talk what the hell” while we’re in the middle of the extraction. All in all I will not recommend coming to this aspen dental and/or to Dr. Mann. Unless it’s an emergency or a cleaning, just make sure you know what’s going on during your visit

So far so good! Great customer service from the receptionist. Courteney and Renae was patient and professional when they addressed all my concerns. From the x ray techs to the surgeon & dentist, they definitely understood the assignment. I was very comfortable and content w/my visit.

Called for a quote about getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was told that the exam was free, which was actually $30. The receptionist told me on the phone that the service starts off at $200 a tooth, but somehow my bill was $4600. Then on the invoice it doesn't show what you are paying for the red flags are there would not recommend this place to anyone

Haven't had the best experiences with dental offices whether it is the money,staff,insurance, etc. It's incredibly difficult for me with anxiety and lack of funds, but I set out to specifically get dental insurance when I got Medicare to do that deep cleaning service and fix a few issues because crowns don't last forever.

Huge shout out to the dentist on the initial visit the hygienic staff with x-rays and Rhonda the hygienist who is beyond patient if they had 10 stars still not enough for her help today and going forward
