Had issues making an appointment with them, the lady on the phone (Which after reading the reviews im assuming is the office manager) - was having trouble figuring out my insurance after stating the kind I had, practically going back and fourth with me and my insurance company then proceeded to say I lived too far. I’m only 30 minutes from the office. When arrived it was very unwelcoming and it felt almost as if she had an attitude. Office seemed very unsanitary, dust debris everywhere, cracks in wall, equipment looked used and just gross.
When leaving I didn’t get a goodbye, nothing, she just handed me a referral with no response and I left. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Madeline is such a great manager & person. She always greets with a smile and makes you comfortable enough to actually come back. Not fan of dentist office, but I’ll recommend this location with no hesitation.

Dr Symecko is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 72 years old so I have had a lot of dentists! He is kind, caring, professional, and is an exceptionally skilled dentist. He is easy to talk to and explains options and treatments thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

Great Expressions is a very good dental practice Dr. Symecko very friendly knowledgeable also friendly dental assistance that’s where I give my 4 stars the 1 star is for the receptionist area I’m trying to get work done and my authorization seems to be hard for her to send out I’m calling getting no results I ask to speak with the manager oh she’s on vacation month later I call the manager isn’t here.
So unprofessional I’m losing patients it’s sad how one person can bring me to this review page the practice is great just that one area is a major concern I just need the manager to call me back so I can be done!
