DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR OTHRO! Back in 2022 when we first started my daughter’s treatment I was lied to and told my insurance covered my daughter’s braces. Months later we found out they never submitted anything to insurance. When they finally did insurance asked for pictures and “proof” she needed them. Guess what the office “lost” records and pictures.
After they finally decided to resubmit everything with NEW pictures and 1. 5yrs later with the braces on, the insurance company continued to ask for paperwork and great expressions did nothing. Today the 3rd of 4th person for billing (revolving door of employees) told me I need to pay the balance of what they are still trying to get resolved with the insurance company (their fault) or I am not allowed to make another appointment and they will be sending me into collections. She stated that is corporates policy, I asked to speak to someone in corporate and she said I could not.
So I can not speak to anyone who actually does the billing or corporate. I was finally able to get some to email me back but once we sent over everything they asked for never heard from them again.

Very unprofessional staff. I had a cleaning appointment today. I drove for 55 minutes to get there and after I arrive they tell my hygienist called out today. They have no courtesy to call and let me know so I can reschedule. Not even an apology. Imagine the frustration I had when I found out I just wasted time, gas and time off from work.

Extremely friendly staff and I actually have fun there. I had comprehensive dental work done there for the past 3 months and Dr Mark was exceptional. My only complaint is that sometimes they keep the office a little bit too cold. Ask for the lead blanket. 😁

I absolutely love the staff in West Long Branch. The do careful and caring work and are attentive to your needs. It's a shame the work I've had done will have me not going back as much because the staff made every visit enjoyable.
