This place used to be exceptional, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I've encountered numerous issues during my visits, primarily due to the staff's rushed, rude, and entitled demeanor. In healthcare, it is essential for patients to feel valued, heard, and prioritized—unfortunately, I felt none of this at this facility.

Changes need to be made to ensure that patients receive the respect and care they deserve. 4/10 wouldn't really recommend

Great experience from a not so good situation. I am not a person to write reviews and I normally hate the dentist. My experience was wonderful, from the minute I walk in the door to the minute I left. The person I met at the desk helped me to get in immediately. The dental assistant was absolutely great.

The dentist was very patient with me; he let me take my time. I did not feel pressured at all. Easy set up of follow up appointments.

I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience at this orthodontic office from the very first day I walked in with my son to get his braces, all the way to the day they came off. The entire staff is incredibly sweet, caring, and professional. They made every visit smooth and welcoming.

You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

I would like to start off saying how wonderful the staff is, as well as the other doctors I have delt with there in the past. The dentist I normally use was unavailable so I saw this guy. My appointment with Dr. Nguyen was the most unprofessional, rude, demeaning, experience I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. I went to him with a dental emergency and rather than offer me a solution he grilled me on how i let the tooth fall into such disrepair and then mocked me when I explained being a single mother of 2 children, it was simply not in the budget.

I left his office hysterical crying. I’m not really sure what I expected. I was in pain and desperate. And this is why he was the only dentist within 60miles with next day availability. this experience lined up with all of the negative reviews I read about him after the fact.

Research your doctors before you subject yourself to such a humiliating experience. Also the cleanliness of his work space was quite disgusting, which says a lot about the type of person he is.
