Loved the dentist here, very attentive but just got a call that after 4 months of waiting for a cleaning the Hygenist is unavailable for my appointment. Next appointment is in September, I have three kids and a job so the time didn’t work… I asked for the next available. . OCTOBER. Same time basically so again did not work. I will not be returning.

To Edit: my husband had an appointment today at 9am to which they moved to 2:30pm. I heard the phone call and time change. He showed up for his 2:30 appt to which they said it was at 2pm. So they refused to see him. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Great Expressions Dental Center in Middletown, NY. I scheduled a dental cleaning three months in advance, took time off work, and lost wages to attend my appointment. When I arrived, I was only given X-rays and told cleanings are booked out until January 2026 (over six months away) with no advance notice that my cleaning would not be performed as scheduled. This seems to be a pattern of fraudulent or wasteful scheduling, forcing patients to come in for X-Rays and delaying essential preventive care.

Practices like this waste patients’ time and money, and create barriers to basic dental health. I hope management will address these unethical scheduling tactics and start putting patient care first.

My granddaughter goes to Great Expressions in Middletown NY, this is one of the best place you can go for regular dental care as well as orthodontics. My granddaughter loves her dentists and the whole staff. From when you walk in to check in to the x-rays, hygienist and Dr.

Gabby! You get the best experience! I recommend them highly. It is also affordable because you can pay overtime while the work is getting done. My granddaughter is so excited to come to the dentist! No fear at all! That is how professional they all are!

Finding a dentist who truly understands and accommodates the needs of a child with special needs is no easy task. We were lucky to have a hygienist friend who understood our challenge and recommended Dr. Glenn. She knew he could provide preventative care and address dental issues without causing distress or trauma—and without putting our child or the staff at risk. Dr. Glenn and the team at Great Expressions have been nothing short of amazing.

With the right tools, training, personalities, and—most importantly—compassion, they’ve created a safe and supportive environment where our child can receive quality dental care. The difference in our child’s dental health (and comfort level) has been remarkable. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Dr. Glenn to any family—especially those with children who have unique needs.
