I had an excellent experience from the woman at the call center who helped scheduled my appointment and every person I had come into contact with through out my visit. i have an irrational fear of the dentist, its borderline embarrassing. I called for an emergency appointment at 10:37am and they were able to see me at 11am.

They were so patient, kind and understanding. i can’t say my fear is gone, but i definitely feel so much more comfortable going back to them

Best experience ever! While away for my mom burial I accidentally drop my bottom denture that split in half , once I was back home I contacted Aspen Dental and was given an appointment the same day ! Although I was not happy with being told over the phone my bottom denture could be repaired at ASPEN DENTAL near my home ! Well once I arrived at my appointment I was told my denture could not be repaired on site and that I would need a whole brand new bottom denture, hesitate at first I said no but quickly said ok! Once I was sitting in the chair I was ask if I was happy with my top dentures and I said absolutely not , but could not fight with the company that made the dentures for me! With all this being said in a totally of 4 days I have brand new dentures that I absolutely love ! Feel as if I had them my entire life 😊 so extremely comfortable. Thanks to the entire ASPEN DENTAL staff for being extremely supportive and welcoming ! all around professional at their best .

I now can smile with confidence .

I tried to get an appointment here but they are engaging in a scam to over inflate insurance billings by not allowing you to get a simple cleaning on the first visit. The bad attitude receptionist transferred me abruptly after she explained poorly that no matter how far in advance i scheduled they could not guarantee that I could perform the initial visit and cleaning in one visit eleven if I scheduled with the hygienist. The second lady could at least explain but I would describe her attitude as curt.

I will take the win and avoid this location based on my interaction with them. This is insurance fraud!

Today, was my first time ever, visiting Aspen Dental of White Plains, NY and the entire experience, was positive. From my first phone inquiry all the way up until I left, from having them perform a triple extraction. The process was thoroughly explained and went as such. The staff, were all very helpful and have lovely personalities.

I'm definitely going back for any of my dental needs. To the staff at Aspen Dental, Thank you, Soo much and you're amazing!. .
