If I could give this office zero stars I would. I called yesterday and said I had a chip on the bonding of a front tooth. Explained I see another dentist but I couldn’t get in with them as they are closed for vacation. The woman who answered the phone asked about insurance etc. I was told how much it would cost after my copay. I said sure, great. I arrived today and, it may be required by some offices as it’s the first time here, but an unusually large number of X-rays were taking done with the 3D machine as well as digital X-rays. Then on to speak with the hygienist.

I said at the X-ray point all I was there for was to have my front tooth bonding repaired. What’s with the 50 x rays of all my other teeth. They advised me it was necessary as a first time patient . Now, I’m an hour in. Missing work, of course!! Dentist comes in we discuss a permanent solution down the road. He asks if I have any other questions for today. Of course I replied with are you going to repair the bonding which is why I’m here. He answered, after me going through all of this , about an hour and a half of X-rays, exams on all my other teeth , NO we don’t have time.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? 😡😡. So my take is , insurance scammers for sure. Front office shouldn’t have quoted the price of the bond repair and set the appointment if they couldn’t do it. Not only would I never recommend them but I put a call to my dental insurance company and told them about my experience and advised them not to pay them a penny for any unnecessary work done. What a ridiculous waste of time!! Nice staff but obviously they don’t realize who or what kind of company they work for.

I came in for a denture repair for a top denture that I had gotten at a previous dentist. My dentist couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks then I would also be without teeth for 3-5 days. Aspen got me in the very next day, told me my old dentures weren't the permanent dentures I was told I was getting( FROM the other dentist). I had a new top dentures the very next morning that feel and look amazing.

I will be getting a new bottom partial there too. They all were so friendly. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t tell you the provider I saw because he walked into the room, looked at his note pad and said are you Ashley. Him nor the lady he was with introduced themselves at all. They didn’t explain anything at all. He asked what I was there for, I described him my concern and he tried to invalidate my concern only by looking at my X-rays saying everything was fine. I then asked him to do an assessment of my gums with his eyes and look at the patient (me) not just the X-rays on the screen.

He questioned if I had my tonsils removed, when I say no, he said ok and began to walk away. How rude ? Ask a closed ended question that seemed like he may have been concerned. When I stopped him for leaving and asked him to clarify why he asked his question his response was “your Uvula looked weird” and then walked away. This provide lacked any sort of being a personable. He seemed to be in a big rush to just get in and get out of the room, meanwhile there was no other patients in the area.

I was already anxious about the appointment and he made it incredibly worse. They then told me they couldn’t do my cleaning till November.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Chloe at the front desk was welcoming and made check in smooth. Rasheed, the dental assistant, was professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Robert, the hygienist, was thorough and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me, which made me feel confident in his care. Dr.

Mike was also excellent. He was kind, patient, and took the time to address all my concerns. Amanda handled the consultation with clarity and professionalism, and she was able to accommodate me by scheduling me as soon as possible. The entire team was very welcoming and made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this office!
