That’s been dental in. Norwalk has been the lease great experience that I’ve had with Aspen. The assistant didn’t introduce himself from the initial visit. The dentist didn’t identify himself or introduce himself from the initial vision every time I come there and schedule a follow up appointment they call me and tell me that they have to reschedule.

It’s usually a patient that needs to reschedule not the dentist right Then I come there to pick up my dentures and they tell me that they’re not ready. No courtesy call that could’ve been made, and the staff is sitting there T and laughing it up when they could’ve known that my stuff wasn’t ready before I got there and called me and told me not to come on a Friday in downpour rain this is ridiculous now I’m kinda hesitant about going back but I’m already $1500 in And they’re now telling me two weeks. How does the denture go from being ready today to two weeks later?

I had an emergency VERY painful tooth… my own dentist wouldn’t take me until next week and I called (what seemed) like every dentist in CT , no one took my insurance or had open appointments! Thank Goodness I called the Aspen Dental hotline, the Norwalk location was able to get me in same day! The people were pleasant and helped me SO MUCH! I’m definitely switching my dentist from now on!

I asked multiple times about my insurance coverage and the out-of-pocket costs for a cleaning and cavity treatment, but I was still charged an unexpected additional $350. I had to call Aspen Dental several times to understand the issue, often waiting on hold for long periods. Eventually, someone told me that my insurance doesn’t cover X-rays and that I still owe money. If I had been informed of this at the time of my visit, I would have paid then.

The lack of transparency and clear communication is very disappointing. If you're planning to go here, make sure to verify everything directly with your insurance first. I made the mistake of trusting Aspen Dental, and I regret it.
