Went in for a simple cleaning. . Got pitched over $1000 worth of deep cleaning. They wouldn’t do my simple cleaning without me going through multiple appointments and paying thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. Had to call my insurance to make sure that they didn’t put this through as my yearly cleaning because they didn’t do anything but waste my time. If I could give zero stars, I would. If I had to guess this place is running some sort of insurance scam. Of course they are going to bill my insurance for some simple X-rays and doing no work.
From looking at comments they do this a lot. . people go in for a simple insurance covered cleaning. . they refuse to do it unless you pay out of pocket over 1000 for a “deep cleaning” first. They bill your insurance for the xray, do no work and move you out the door.

Had a deep cleaning done today I was a little nervous because people told me they're usually is a lot of pain but they were wrong. I didn't feel anything. No pain. The office is all very nice treat me with respect. Very good experience. Highly recommend

I just switched away from my dentist in Fairfield due to a change in insurance. This was Visit 1. I went in for a basic cleaning. The first thing they did was slip a blood pressure cuff on me. I should have known right then that cleaning teeth would be secondary to making alot of money for the dentist. The next thing they did was take 18 (EIGHTEEN!!) x rays. That’s insane. I have gone to a dentist twice a year forever.
My teeth are in good shape. They wanted to perform some ‘deep cleaning’ on me. I imagine it’s quite expensive, not to mention largely unnecessary. They ended up not cleaning my teeth at all today. The ladies in the office were all very nice and professional. Their boss seems to be little more than a cash register.

For the last 5 years, I have been to 5 different dentists, and each one of them was a nightmare. When I discovered Great Expression @ 297 Boston Post Rd. Orange CT, I am very happy. The people in the front desk were great. Very polite, knowledgeable, straight forward and accurate concerning billing.
Also, the prices are unbeatable comparing to my previous experiences The best part was the doctor and his assistant. They were amazing. They treated me like a king, and They extremely valued my comfort. The Clinic is very clean, very organized, ample parking spaces outside. I am super happy I have found my favorite dentist for myself & my family
