I've been visiting WNY Dental for the past few years and back when my teeth/gums weren't in the best of shape. I practiced poor dental hygiene and developed periodontal disease, tooth sensitivity, and cavities. Lori and Dr. Bacchetta are very good at the (major) cleaning I need at every visit and defining a clear treatment path to insure my teeth continue to be as healthy as they can be.

I have a definite phobia to dentists and my teeth have suffered for it. Dr. Bacchetta is the only dentist that never judged me and just took care of my problems. My teeth now look and feel better than they ever did. His staff was fantastic and always answered all my questions.

Absolutely spectacular practice. The hygienist for my initial cleaning/xrays (long hiatus since my last filling) was wonderful and extremely sweet. I am not a fan of the dentist and she was fantastic on my initial appointment as well as Dr B but we will get to him in a moment. Fast forward a couple weeks to today and i had a pretty deep filling I needed done. I am very sensitive to pain so it takes a bit extra anesthetic to numb me up. The dental assistant Becky (I believe that is her name? I was so nervous I forgot but she was wonderful regardless!) and Dr Bacchetta were extremely receptive to my concerns and quickly and painlessly numbed me up.

even the shot in the area that was supposed to be more sensitive was a breeze. Once I was numbed up, Dr. B and Becky were so skilled at what they did that I put my headphones on and promptly fell asleep. It was painless and they were so gentle the entire way through. I have a bit more dental work to do with them in the next couple of months but I am abundantly confident that it’s going to be just as smooth as today’s appointment. The office staff are extraordinarily friendly from the moment you walk in and Dr.

B and his dental crew do a hell of a job And will most definitely take care of you. Thanks Dr Bacchetta and the rest of the crew! Well done and hats off to you! Prospective patients? Look no further, this is the guy you want taking care of your dental health. I cannot say that enough.
