Dr Fernandez is an amazing dentist! She’s calming and nurturing. What a lovely human she is! She makes the dentist office less stressful and connects with the patients in a way that I’ve never experienced in a dental office.

This place is Horrible. Cleanings last roughly seven minutes with zero effort put into it. Required to use the bathroom down the hall to rinse out polish. No flossing, barely scrape plaque off teeth and barely use water pick to properly clean between teeth. By far the worst dental experience.

I cannot wait to switch back to my old plan. In all my years of getting dental cleanings I’ve had at least A full 30-40 minutes with a hygienist and I have impeccably clean teeth. Water pik, scraping, flossing, polishing and rinsing.

Not impressed so far, willing to give a final chance. First time I went I waited a long time and staff was very nice. That is standard for any doctors office, the appointment seemed okay. I book a second appointment for cavity. They call me to reschedule. I get a call the day of because "the doctor requested I come in later".

Only a half an hour, that is fine. I find out there they changed my doctor. . . fine. I pay for all 3 cavity fillings.

Only 2 were done, I wasn't even any instructions post care only told to wait in waiting room. (As I'm writing this I googling how long to wait until I can eat and drink) Come to find out I need to schedule ANOTHER appointment to do the remainder. I was never informed this until I they had me back in the waiting room. Had I known I would have scheduled all of them ahead of time just to have them booked. I LOVED the Lacey office, and I am debating just taking the commute down there instead. TLDR: The staff is very friendly but the entire office seems disorganized

I want to give a big shoutout to Gabrielle Soto at this dental office. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, kind, and truly on top of everything. Gabrielle didn’t just take great care of us—she treated every patient around her with the same level of respect, compassion, and attention.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and consistent in their work. She made our visits smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people who walk through those doors. Thank you, Gabrielle, for going above and beyond!
