Hate having to get dental work done but the staff at Eastern Dental in Lacey is great. Dr Chan explained everything and answered all my questions. Front desk was empathetic to my anxiety and very kind and helpful.

Great experience! Dr. Chan is wonderful and takes the time to explain everything in detail. My son had to extensive work done and she has just been amazing. The front desk staff is also great! They are always helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Eastern Dental!

Had a root canal done here yesterday. The lady who did the work, Dr. Chan I believe her name was, was phenomenal. I hardly felt the needles, the drilling and what not had zero pain as well, and she finished far quicker than I expected. Since the lidocaine wore off It's like I never even had work done.

I was happy today to get a cleaning and an exam. Dentist was very thorough? My hygienist was polite and gentle since I have phobias! Staff was super friendly. Last exam 6 months ago I do not get a cleaning because of no hygienists , I was not happy!! My insurance allows a cleaning and exam every 6 months, and that’s what I expect!
