I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. We waited over two hours for a less than 10-minute teeth cleaning for my kids. Their appointments were scheduled for 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00, but a dentist didn’t come in until 10:53. I asked if there was only one dentist, but no one could answer. They even conversed over my child’s face while cleaning his teeth, and there were no apologies for the delay—just a nonchalant attitude.

This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this. I expressed my dissatisfaction before scheduling, but things haven't improved. Waiting nearly two hours is simply disrespectful. Never again!

Waiting time to long more than 4 hours Appointment supposed to be a at 1pm. I still waiting at 4pm. The place is not clean at all not coming back.

Every time I come here it's always some ish. So my daughter's appointment was for 230 arrived around 215 it's now 510 and we're still waiting on service. They saying it's only 1 doctor so why schedule so many ppl because we're def not the only ones still waiting for service. The dam office is supposedly closed now Google says but we still in here waiting on service. Never coming here again.

Wait time took forever. I had my appointment at 2 pm and left at 5:30 pm. Mind you they close at 5 pm.This is insane and unacceptable. I deft do not recommend and I will not be coming back. Besides that the staff is nice.
