First time here.. Understand they take appointments first.. But I came here at 11am Retrieved information from my insurance around 12:50pm And told me they can find me 2 hours layer in the system.. They are not prompt not professional at all its going on 3pm I'm sure I'm still not registered with A four day old tooth ache

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! What’s the point of making an appointment if you gotta wait a whole hour and some to be seen! Made an appointment for 9:30 and I was there til 11:30! I tried getting one of the girls attention and she ignored so I cursed her out! Had to get another girl’s attention to see what’s going on! Meanwhile another girl was on her damn phone texting instead of doing her job! They all in there just doing whatever to kill time instead of what they actually there for!

I would not recommend this place. There was a patient waiting for 1 hour in a half. If she would of never spoke up about her hour wait. She probably would of been still waiting. I got there at my appointment time. The people that appointment that was later than me .

They got seen before me. Very unorganized place some of the assistant not that friendly. No welcoming in the place. Good luck to who choose to go this place.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have been coming to this dentist office for over 8 years & I don’t recommend coming here unless you have the time to sit around and wait all day! Six months ago I walked out because they wanted until I showed up for my appointment to tell me that only one dentist showed up that day & I can either waiting around to be fit into the schedule or reschedule with no consideration whatsoever. They could have call me in advance.

I’m not sure why I even returned after that incident but fast forward I’m back today, my appointment was at 10:30am it’s currently 1:13 am & I still have yet to be called to the back. Since i arrived I have watched people come in after me get called to the back and leave before i have been seen! DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT AT THIS OFFICE
