The staff kept telling me they were unable to contact my insurance. They gave me an appointment but did not contact my insurance until after the appointment, at which point they told me I was out of network and would have to pay out of pocket for the visit which had already taken place. Regarding the visit itself, my appointment was scheduled for 12pm but they were not able to intake me until 2:30pm. Once I was in the treatment area, I waited another 40 minutes in the chair idle between xrays and cleaning.

The cleaning itself lasted about 5 minutes and did not feel very thorough. I am disappointed and a little confused as to why things went so poorly.

Appointment time 11:30AM in waiting room for a hour got taken to the back it’s now 1:30 and haven’t seen a Denist 2hrs later they have us in a room just sitting so upset like people have to go back to work smh avoid this office I really didn’t want to give it one star 👎🏼

Terrible place for kids, anyone comes here for their kids should take them elsewhere. Our appointment was at 1:00 we got there and waited almost 2 hours just for them to literally brush her teeth with a regular toothbrush and rinse and tell me that repairing her tooth had to be done elsewhere because they don’t do dental work on kids.

Now I’m being charged extra for an exam elsewhere regardless of a referral! What they did at the appointment i literally do at home ! Then mind you, they told us they would be able to repair or extract the tooth on the phone before i decided to make the appointment! Doctor Breslers is 1000% better, i normally go there but the distance was the issue but i rather travel a hour so my kids teeth and be treated correctly! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR INSURANCE ON THIS PLACE.

I came in scared, my anxiety level above 10. Very professional. Never had dental procedures done prior to my visits. Family friendly. Highly recommended 😊
